WORKING WITH ADOBE ACROBAT (PDF) FILES

HELPFUL TIP:

To save time, DOWNLOAD the Adobe Acrobat (PDF) files to your PC for viewing later - off line.  Attempting to view large Adobe Acrobat (PDF) files on line is not recommended, unless you have a very high speed connection.

If text or graphics appear jumbled or garbled, or otherwise unreadable, you will need to download and install the latest free Adobe Acrobat Reader.  See below.

TO DOWNLOAD A .PDF FILE:

Right click on the file link, click on "save as"  -- Then, place the file in a folder of your choice.  After downloading the .pdf file, just click on it to open it for viewing or printing.  IF YOU RENAME THE FILE, IT MUST HAVE THE .PDF EXTENSION (i.e. rebate.pdf)

YOU MUST HAVE THE FREE AND FREELY AVAILABLE ADOBE ACROBAT READER SOFTWARE INSTALLED ON YOUR PC TO VIEW ADOBE ACROBAT (PDF) FILES.

To get the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software, Click Here or go to http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

MORE:

Depending on your system and configuration, viewing Adobe Acrobat Portable Document (.PDF)  files live - on line in your internet browser -  can be troublesome at best.  It can be a very slow process.

SAVE TIME:

To save time:   DOWNLOAD the Adobe Acrobat (.PDF)  pages.

TO DOWNLOAD, RIGHT click on the hyperlink (Windows 95/98/NT/2000//XP) and a menu should pop up, left click on "Save as" and save the file to a directory of your choice.  If you rename the file at this point the file must have the .pdf file extension.

You can then view these Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) files - offline - on your desktop using the Adobe Acrobat Reader.  These files should load just a quickly as any other page.

If you need the Adobe Acrobat Reader software, you can get it from Adobe at:
