Ordering Information

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express Diners Club, and Discover. We do not add any credit card surcharges.  We reserve the right to change or modify the types of and number of credit cards we accept, and to limit the number and dollar amounts of transactions made per card and per purchaser.  Orders may also be placed by phone by calling 703-409-3559, or email info@vidnet.org.

To ensure that we meet your shipping needs, when ordering on line please pay special attention when entering your billing, shipping, and telephone information. For your security, we verify all billing addresses with the issuing bank and confirm all shipping addresses to protect each of our customers from the potential risk of credit card abuse.  Credit card transactions are handled on our secure server using the latest available encryption technology for your safety and security.  Additional information on ordering and shipping is available at the Credit Cards area.

Products may ship separately even though ordered at the same time.

 

Warranty and Return Policy

General:  1 year limited warranty on hardware and software.  Unless on-site warranty is purchased, hardware must be returned to our designated facility, postage prepaid and insured for repair / replacement of defective parts.  Software:  Warranty limited to replacement of defective software.  Contact us for additional details, and with your particular requirements.  Additional information on shipping and returns is available on the Orders page on this site.

Returns Procedure

To ensure prompt handling of your request for a repair or replacement, please contact our Support Center return@www.vidnet.org to obtain your Return Authorization (RMA) number and details about your return process. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from date of issuance.   We will not accept returns without an RMA number.  

Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and shipping carton, and include all contents, including accessories like warranty cards and manuals.   Additional information on shipping and returns is available on the Orders page on this site.

Any items received incomplete may result in a delayed repair / replacement. Types of damaged or missing items that will affect your warranty include:

We will process your repair, credit, or exchange after we have received, inspected, and tested your returned goods.

We also request that your return merchandise be shipped prepaid, and insured.

These items are normally limited in quantity and can be one of a kind. Demo and Open Box items are functionally operational but may be dented, scratched, or missing manuals, CD-ROMs, or other items. Due to these conditions, these sales are "as is" and considered final. Extended service plans are available on many products for an additional cost. Manufacturers' limited warranties are applicable unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Information

Continental U.S. Shipments

Freight charges are automatically calculated based upon the shipping option you have selected at checkout time. This freight charge. If your package is lost or damaged, please send us an e-mail at support@WWW.VIDNET.ORG or contact our Support Center at 703-409-3559 for a replacement order.  Claims for merchandise damaged during shipping must be made with the shipper.

 

International Shipments

We cannot ship products purchased on this website outside of the United States.  For international orders, send an email to info@vidnet.org for requirements and particulars.  Be sure to include your shipping address, and a telephone number.

Signature

For your protection, all air and ground shipments to residential and commercial addresses require a signature at the delivery point.

Rebate Information

Manufacturer Rebates

Rebate and coupon offers are provided by manufacturers and are subject to the terms specified by the manufacturer. These terms include the timeframe of the offer, limitations on quantities, and combination with other offers. Proof of purchase and UPC codes from the original packaging are normally required for redemption of rebates by the manufacturer or the manufacturer's agent.

Limited Warranties

WWW.VIDNET.ORG does not warrant the products that we sell. The products are backed by the limited warranties of the original manufacturer or publisher only. Consult your product documentation for specific limited warranty information.

New Product Manufacturer's Warranties

All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. WWW.VIDNET.ORG may offer extended service plans for an additional cost.

Demo and Open Box Item Warranties (SEE RETURN POLICY)
