We can create
a custom secure conference center for you for your own network, extranet, or
Internet, with superior quality audio, video, interactive text messaging, and
data collaboration. Hold a meeting,
training session, or conduct an interactive classroom with worldwide participants. Authorized participants can connect at will,
or on a predetermined schedule.
Our Conference Center Server
manages classrooms or conference rooms.
It receives the data streams from the participants, and delivers data
streams back to the participants. There
are many advanced features of the Conference Center Server including the
ability to intelligently manage bandwidth for a conference and between
users. We can create meeting space, or
an auditorium, or both, with the flexibility to change the configuration on the
fly. The Conference Center Server can
support from 10 to 200, or more, simultaneous users in any combination of
conference rooms, or classrooms. In
addition, multiple servers can be linked together to provide access for an infinite
number of users worldwide. When
combined with our Conference Pro Desktop System, meeting
attendees can actually see and talk with small or large groups of other people
on their own desktop or laptop PC at the same time, and choose which
participants to watch in a large group.

Optional features include
enhancements for legacy systems, seamless integration with the Microsoft
Exchange environment, and web based conferencing for enterprise and large scale
deployments.
Your license
level determines the maximum number of simultaneous participants at any given
time. For example, a 10 participant
license level will allow you to host a maximum of 10 participants at a time. A 10 participant conference center can
easily support 100, or more random, or at will users, and depends on your
particular usage needs. Thus, you could
hold five two hour meetings or classes each day, 7 days a week, with a
different group of participants in each session. You choose the license
